Reiki Classes

Reiki Level I & II

Reiki is an ancient Japanese energy healing technique that is done with the client relaxed, fully clothed on a massage table, using light touch or hovering hands.

    WHAT I DO: I help busy people get more consistently refreshing sleep. Even if you’ve been sleeping poorly for years, it is possible to struggle less and sleep better naturally! I’d love to help you return sleep to its place as an easy, natural part of your life. I especially have success with people who have a hard time sleeping because of stress & anxious thoughts.

    WHY ME: The first phase of my career was in hi-tech. After suffering from burnout (& many sleepless nights) myself I changed gears to become a health & wellness coach who specializes in sleep. I’m also trained in therapeutic applications of yoga & meditation, which allow me to create practices that counteract over-stimulation & re-balance your nervous system, so you can relax body & mind, and sleep more soundly.
