Each class is a dynamic fusion of cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises.

Please bring water and dress in comfortable clothing. Expect to sweat!

Open to all genders, ages, and fitness levels

Bookings are non-refundable. If you book a class and can’t make it, you are welcome to find someone to take your spot or use it towards a future class.

What To Expect

In this one-hour full body strength and conditioning class, you’ll

Warmup:

Every class will start with dynamic stretching and movements to get the blood flowing and ready for the main workout.

Full Body Workout:

You can expect to strengthen your muscles and improve cardiovascular fitness. Exercises will utilize body weight, dumbbells, kettlebells, stability balls, and bands. You can expect a new workout every time, so classes will never get boring!

Cool Down:

Static stretches and breathing exercises to slow down the heart rate and initiate recovery.
