The Art of Giving & Receiving for Everyone

Introduction to the Wheel of Consent® for everyone

This workshop is an experiential learning for anyone who is interested in developing better verbal and non verbal communication skills, improving the quality of their relationship, and deepening their connections with others!

No matter if you are dating, just started meeting new people, or already in a relationship – this is an opportunity to learn how to be a better giver and a better receiver.

This workshop is open to everyone – lovers, friends, parents, or siblings.

  • It’s about navigating your boundaries and consciously stepping into your “growth zone”.
  • It’s an opportunity to learn more about one of the most misunderstood “languages of love” – physical touch.
  • It’s a “No” class for “Yes” people (and the other way around)
  • It’s practicing consent as two ways to ‘receive’ and two ways to ‘give’ (expect to be surprised!)
  • It’s learning how to connect to what feels good in your body and communicate it clearly and with ease!
  • And – its a fun way to spend an evening with like-minded, curious people!
