1-Hour Full Body Strength and Conditioning Class

High intensity fitness classes with modifications fit for all levels. Each class is a dynamic fusion of cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises.

Evening Zazen

A formal evening meditation comprised of Zazen (seated meditation) and kinhin (walking meditation), followed by sarei (tea) and a closing ceremony.
