This Mt. Auburn Street front office is our most recently renovated and fresh new space. (See the floor plan.)

It is approximately 180 sq ft and has a low pile carpet.

The natural light coming from the windows invites you through a hallway and into the space, which boasts a comfy seating area and a large workspace / desk.

It is approximately 310 sq ft and has a low pile carpet.

Natural light enters through multiple windows, as well as a skylight. There’s a ceiling fan and a space heater for additional comfort.

This space is an inviting, living-room like environment with sofa, chairs, a wall-length bookcase, and end tables.

On the far side you’ll even find a piano!

WCHA members often refer to this as the “Knoerr Office”, because it’s the office used by David Knoerr, the Watertown Center for Healing Arts’ own founder!

This Mt. Auburn Street office is located at the end of a quiet hallway. (See the floor plan.)

It is approximately 366 sq ft and has two rooms.

The smaller space is currently arranged as a waiting area for your visiting guests. Here they’ll enjoy natural light coming from above.

The larger space is an inviting, living-room like environment with a vibrant area rug and a comfy sofa. There’s also a desk for your use.

Space for Rent Watertown MA

This Mt. Auburn Street office is located at the front of the building, down a short hallway just around our front desk. (See the floor plan.)

It is approximately 128 sq ft and has two, close to equal-sized rooms, both with gleaming hardwood floors.

The first room has a desk and a guest chair, so you can speak with your visitor before entering the treatment space.

The second, treatment room is always equipped with a massage table. There is a door between the two rooms for privacy.

Soft, natural light enters through the sheer-curtained windows in both rooms.

If you regularly treat multiple patients at once, you may decide to rent this space with the adjacent treatment space of Office #11.

Space for Rent Watertown MA

This Mt. Auburn Street office is located at the front of the building, just around our front desk. (See the floor plan.)

It is approximately 117 sq ft and has hardwood floors.

This is primarily a treatment room, and is always equipped with a massage table for acupuncture, massage, Reiki, or any healing modality requiring a table.

If you regularly treat multiple patients at once, you may decide to rent this space with the adjacent treatment space of Office #12.

Space for Rent Watertown MA

The Skylight Studio is a medium-sized studio that’s accessible from the Mt. Auburn Street entrance, and is located just past our front desk on the left. (See the floor plan.)

It is approximately 550 sq ft and has hardwood floors. However, an area rug is available should you want to use one.

The natural light streams in from the namesake skylight above, and through a glass door with a window above. You may decide to open the back door for fresh air.

The Skylight Studio may fit 30-40 chairs in a circle, and 20-30 for movement (such as yoga); this depends on how close you want to get!

By default the studio contains 20 chairs, 20 back jacks (pictured), and a large assortment of yoga props: blankets, blocks, bolsters, and straps.

The Skylight Studio has a stereo with CD player and iPod connector. If you’re interested in a larger studio space, explore Charles River Studio.

Office #1 is the first of three offices on the Spring Street side of our building, nearest the public parking lot. (See the floor plan.)

It is approximately 247 sq ft and has gleaming hardwood floors.

The natural light coming from the windows, as well as the blue walls, invites visitors to relax, slow down, and take time for self care.

The ceiling fan helps to provide a comfortable temperature.

All Spring Street offices share an inviting waiting area.

Office #2 is the largest of three offices on the Spring Street side of our building, nearest the public parking lot. (See the floor plan.)

It is approximately 305 sq ft and has a low pile carpet and a few area rugs.

There are two sofas, several chairs, and pillows, creating a welcoming, living-room style environment. There’s also a small desk.

There’s lots of natural light coming from the windows, and track lighting is available to use. The ceiling fan helps to maintain a comfortable temperature.

All Spring Street offices share an inviting waiting area.

This oversized studio is accessible on the Spring Street side of our building, nearest the public parking lot. (See the floor plan.)

It is approximately 1081 sq ft and has hardwood floors. There are lots of potted plants as well.

The natural light streams in from 9 operable windows on both sides of the space. There are multiple ceilings fan to help maintain a comfortable temperature, and lots of options to use lighting to set the appropriate mood for your event.

The Charles River Studio may fit 40-50 chairs in a circle, and 30-35 people for movement (such as yoga); this depends on how close you want to get!

By default this studio contains 40 chairs, 30 back jacks, and a large assortment of yoga props: blankets, blocks, bolsters, and straps.

The Charles River Studio has a stereo with CD player and iPod connector.

This studio shares an inviting waiting area with our Spring Street offices.

Here you’ll find information about how Watertown Center for Healing Arts (WCHA) handles health & safety concerns, including COVID-19.

Health

We stay informed about and follow all current MA state and local town mandates.

The WCHA has a filtered, central air system. HVAC systems are maintained and monitored to ensure air ventilation and filtration are working correctly as per design specifications.

Hand sanitizer is complimentary and readily available in common areas; restrooms are equipped with hand soap to encourage regular & thorough hand washing.

Good hygiene measures are encouraged through strategically-placed behavioral signage.

Most studios and offices have functional windows that can be opened for fresh air. HEPA air filters are available in each office.

Individual practitioners may have additional policies surrounding COVID19 (e.g. masks, vaccination requirements); please contact your practitioner directly with questions and/or concerns.

We encourage practitioners to remain home if they are sick.

Safety

Spring St. and Mt. Auburn St. entry doors are secured with code locks, but may be left open during hours where one or more practitioners are present in the space (to allow registered class attendees and scheduled clients) entry.

All practitioners who use offices are assigned keys.

Practitioners are encouraged to report any safety hazards to WCHA staff for immediate remedy.
