Shamanic Journey Class

Introduction to Shamanic Journeying – Meet your Power Animal

Shamanic drum journeying is a way to communicate with your inner spirit self and retrieve information.  Research has shown drumming can improve depression, anxiety, addiction, aggression, PTSD and assist with social functioning.

Reiki

Charles River Zen

Evening Zazen

A formal evening meditation comprised of Zazen (seated meditation) and kinhin (walking meditation), followed by sarei (tea) and a closing ceremony.

A monthly series for people who want to learn how to use yoga specifically to improve their sleep & well-being.

  • WHEN: Thursdays 7:00-8:00 pm, ongoing
  • WHERE: Virtual via Zoom until otherwise specified
