Nia is the ultimate “love your body workout” that stimulates and integrates your body, mind and
spirit. Nia combines dance, martial arts, yoga, hot music, precision, self-expression, mindfulness, and
conditioning in a playful environment that encourages sensory awareness and fosters community.
Practicing Nia teaches you how to increase strength, flexibility, balance, and change our movement
habits at a pace that is perfectly suited for YOUR body.
Come be part of a brand new Nia community as we kick off the first Nia event at Watertown Center for
Healing Arts, dancing to the NEW Nia routine “R1.” Admission is FREE ~ bring a friend!
