Classes – Spring 2012
~Give yourself the gift of a pain-free well-moving body-for life!
The Core Movement Integration program (CMI) is a structured and guided program designed to reverse degeneration and improve body-brain functioning using Feldenkrais awareness through movement awareness (atm) and research-tested CoreIntegration pathway exercises.
· Improve the way you move, sit, walk, exercise, swim, bike.
· Develop core stabilization for better posture & maximum reduction of postural pains
Tuesdays 11am-12pm
Core Movement Lesson-Exercises for Posture and Core Strengthening, with Feldenkrais ‘ATM’(post beginning level: some previous experience may be required)
Josef DellaGrotte and assistants. Ongoing class-start anytime. Pre-registration required.
Tuition: 4/$70 consecutive, or dates specified/ prepaid. Single classes $20 each.
Wednesdays : 11am-12pm
Special Movement Class (for clients, or beginners)
with Josef DellaGrotte and certified practitioners Movement lessons & hands-on assistance with client participants experiencing restrictions. class limited to 6 persons. Starts MAY 9
Tuition: $90/ 4 consecutive weeks . (date adjustments by prior arrangement.) By pre-registration only.
Wednesdays 6:30-7:45pm
Walking Well-for Your Life! Maasai Secrets and Somatics
Core Integrated Walking (with outdoor practice).
Includes core- supported floor and sitting lesson-exercises, and the most efficient ways of walking, learned from the Maasai tribe in Tanzania .
